Service Design – Government Digital Services
Kay is a service designer at the Government Digital Service. She employs a passionate and user-centered approach to public service delivery. Kay has worked with identity assurance, cyber compliance, and government procurement. Currently she is the design lead for GovTech Catalyst, a new government initiative to experiment with emerging technologies and innovation in public service delivery, where she consults across 15 public policy areas. Prior to joining the civil service, Kay worked as a service designer at Royal Bank of Scotland, consulted for Royal Trinity Hospice, and was a digital designer at an ed-tech startup.
