Paul Dowling
Founder – Deeptech Angels
Paul is the founder of Deeptech Angels and Mindstream AI. He is passionate about the potential for artificial intelligence and other deep technologies to do good for society. Paul has been working with technology startups for approximately 10 years and runs KQ Labs, a data-driven health startups accelerator on behalf of The Francis Crick Institute. He has spoken at many events and conferences including Mobile World Congress, Pioneers-Vienna and 4YFN in Barcelona.
